Jen Messner joined the Ethics and Compliance Office in March 2026. Prior to joining Temple University, Jen oversaw the administration of the Student Code of Conduct and managed Title IX report intakes and investigations at Delaware Valley University. She brings over a decade of experience in the criminal justice and human service sectors, including work as a Juvenile Probation officer where she specialized in juvenile sex-based offenses. Jen graduated with a BA in Criminal Justice and an MS in Administration of Juvenile Justice from Shippensburg University.
