Ashley brings over sixteen years of experience in adult and community education, supporting diverse learners through mentoring, leadership development, and strategic initiatives across colleges and organizations in the Philadelphia region. Her work centers on advocacy, capacity building, access, and institutional equity.

She is dedicated to creating pathways for students and professionals in higher education and has received awards for her leadership. Ashley was also a member of the inaugural cohort of NASPA’s Ujima Institute. Prior to joining Temple, she served as director of the Institute for Inclusion and Equity at Ursinus College, overseeing discriminatory acts reporting, cultural initiatives, and DEIB training.
